Refund and Returns Policy – Hind Herbal Cure

At Hind Herbal Cure, we aim to provide high-quality herbal and Unani products to our customers. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The wrong item has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • You must provide photo proof of the issue via WhatsApp or email.

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the error was ours.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via UPI, bank transfer, or the original payment method.

Note: We do not offer refunds for products that have been used or opened.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of herbal and Unani products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened jars or bottles
  • Products used even once
  • Custom-made or perishable items

4. Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.
